Pre-Measurement Preparation and Calibration

Compare all three recorded raw values to check if the deviation between each reading stays within the allowable error range specified in standard metrological guidelines. If any single data point shows an abnormal large deviation, re-inspect the corresponding pitch position and redo the full measurement step for that segment to rule out operation mistakes. Clean the micrometer anvils and tested wire samples again after all measurement work is finished, and store the measuring tool in a dry, dust-proof location. Archive all original measurement records properly for future traceability in subsequent quality audit processes.
