Every step is designed to minimize light contamination and keep the whole environment free from unnecessary dust interference.
Pre-Operation Site Preparation
Clear all scattered leftover materials, floating dust and unrelated sundries from the entire workshop space before starting any sorting work. Check all air circulation systems and dust collection units to confirm they run at the set stable airflow level. Wear required clean protective gear and make sure all personnel entering the site follow strict dust-free access rules. Inspect the feeding area and collection bins to confirm no residual impurities from previous batches stay inside these spaces.
Pre-Sorting Raw Material Screening
Feed the pre-processed finished wire material into the initial feeding section at a steady, controlled speed. Remove large non-metal foreign objects and oversized uncrushed wire pieces manually before the material enters the formal sorting flow. Spread the material evenly on the conveying surface to avoid material piling that may block the subsequent sorting path. Check the initial material state to make sure no excessive large dust clumps are brought into the dust-free working zone.
Zig-Zag Separation Core Processing
Guide the evenly spread material into the angled zig-zag separation column smoothly. Adjust the internal upward airflow speed to a proper level that can lift light fluff, plastic fragments and tiny insulation residues away from heavy metal particles. Let the heavy metal fractions drop down along the designed path into the dedicated collection container. Let all light contaminants be carried out of the separation column through the upper airflow outlet to the centralized dust collection system.
Secondary Precision Sorting Check
Transport the initially sorted heavy metal material to the secondary fine sorting area inside the dust-free space. Do a second round of visual inspection to pick out any remaining tiny non-metal impurities that are not removed in the first separation. Use auxiliary air blowing tools with low pressure to blow away the fine dust still attached to the surface of finished metal wires. Send the qualified sorted material to the temporary storage area that is completely sealed to avoid secondary dust pollution.
Post-Operation Site Cleaning and Maintenance
Shut down all sorting equipment and air flow systems in the correct sequence after the whole batch of sorting work is finished. Clean every corner of the dust-free workshop with dedicated dust-free cleaning tools to remove all residual fine particles. Empty all the collected light contaminants and dust from the centralized dust collection system in a sealed way. Do a full inspection of all sorting paths and airflow pipelines to make sure no material residue is left to affect the next operation cycle.
